BrewGamerJ partners with Printful, a third-party print-on-demand distributor, to produce, package, and ship all products sold through our online store. Each item is made to order, which means that returns or refunds are handled according to specific conditions outlined below.
By placing an order on BrewGamerJ, you acknowledge that Printful oversees the production and fulfillment process. BrewGamerJ is not responsible for issues that arise from incorrect customer information, postal delays, or damage caused during transit. However, we will work closely with Printful to resolve any verified issues involving product quality or fulfillment errors.
All refund and replacement requests are subject to review in accordance with Printful’s fulfillment policies and BrewGamerJ’s quality standards.

At BrewGamerJ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because all our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or changes of mind once an order is placed. However, we gladly offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 7 business days of receiving their order. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or error. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll coordinate with Printful to issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Situations:

Refund Process:
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations:
Because orders go into production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, cancellations may not be possible.
BrewGamerJ reserves the right to deny refund claims that do not meet the outlined criteria.
